Write to your heart’s content.
Below is a blog post I wrote in 2016 (which I tweaked a little). Though I am busy now with another attempt for improvement, I guess I will never stop writing. You must feel how I feel if you love to write, too.
Do you feel like writing is the same as a melody? It is for me. After years of blogging, I decided to stop in 2014. The blog was saturated with posts for money on the side. The thoughts were not free-flowing anymore. The purpose of writing was lost along the way. It was not melodious anymore.
And here I am again. Writing. For a purpose, it seems. I wanted to feast on my life writing, I guess. It is such a sweet melody to read words, thoughts, minds, hearts. The beauty of reading other peoples’ blogs enrich my inner lust for learning, for recovering, for delight, and for sensitivity and understanding.
WordPress is always a great medium for writing. It has always served the purpose. I am not saying you use it as a platform. It’s not a pitch. All I am saying is this area of artistic creation needs a neat place to record the thoughts verbatim.
What’s the melody in your being? In your life? Do tell.
I like WordPress also and your question about writing being the same as a melody I do think it is!

indeed. it’s something to turn to when you do not have someone to talk to, or verbal expression is not enough. it’s always different when we write it down. 🙂
thanks for the input. 🙂
